Build the correct account before the sale
Global YES24 Ticket uses a separate membership. A Korean YES24 account or a global shopping account does not automatically work on the English ticket site.
If a show is marked Verified Member Only, the official FAQ says it requires foreign-passport and face verification. YES24 recommends completing verification one or two days before ticket sales.
Prepare payment and pickup
The global FAQ says card payment requires 3-D authentication. Its general pickup guidance asks for a physical valid passport and booking confirmation, and says the ticket holder must collect will-call tickets.
The individual performance page can override general guidance, so repeat this check for every event.
