Data entered into the readiness check

In the initial beta, the ticket-page URL, sale time, and checklist answers are processed in your browser and are not submitted to a KStage Ready account. Do not paste passwords, passport numbers, payment-card details, booking codes, or other sensitive data.

External links

Official ticket platforms and source pages have their own privacy practices. A link from this site does not make KStage Ready responsible for an external service.

Optional tips

If a Ko-fi link is connected, Ko-fi and its payment providers process the payment information under their own terms. This site does not receive a card number.

Optional analytics

With your permission, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and product actions such as opening an event desk, completing a readiness check, following an official source, or visiting the optional-support page. The measurement ID is G-9Q96DM99PF.

Google Analytics is not loaded until you select “Allow analytics.” We do not send a pasted ticket URL, checklist answer, name, passport detail, booking code, payment detail, or other readiness-check input to Google Analytics. Advertising storage and ad personalization remain disabled.

Google processes permitted analytics data under its Privacy Policy.

Hosting and basic performance data

Cloudflare Pages delivers this site and processes the network requests needed to do so. Its separate, cookie-free Web Analytics beacon may also receive the page path and browser performance timings so we can monitor availability and loading speed. It does not receive readiness-check inputs.

This hosting and performance processing is separate from the optional Google Analytics choice above. Learn more in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
