Prepare 3-D Secure payment
YES24 says card payments on the global site require 3-D authentication. Confirm support with your issuer before sale time.
Verify early if the show is marked Verified Member Only
Selected shows require passport-and-face verification; YES24 recommends completing it one or two days before ticket sales.
Bring the booking record and physical passport for will call
The general FAQ requires the ticket holder to collect will-call tickets, but the event page may set stricter rules.
